How to Completely Remove from My Browser? (Quick Removal Guide) is an extremely annoying browser hijacker. Is there a quick way to completely sweep this domain out of my browser? Step 1: Remove associated items from the Control Panel.

Step 1: Remove Searchnu associated items, which may include: Torch, Search-Results Toolbar & iLivid from the Control Panel:


Windows XP: Go to Start> Control Panel> Add Remove programs> Select “Torch“, “Search-Results Toolbar” & “iLivid” (you can keep iLivid as you like) > Click onRemove.


Windows 7/Vista: Go to Start> Control panel> Uninstall a program/Programs and Features> Select “Torch“, “Search-Results Toolbar” & “iLivid” (you can keep iLivid as you like)> click on Uninstall.



Remember to check the Options before clicking on the Uninstall button when receive below popup window



Step 2: Repair your browser settings.


1. Reset your browser homepage:


Internet Explorer: Go to Tools> Internet Options> General> Type the preferred domain or directly choose Use Blank or Restore to Default.


Google Chrome: Click on the Wrench or 3-Bars icon (top of browser)> Settings> In Appearance section click Change> Type the desired website and click OK to set it as the default homepage.


Mozilla Firefox 4: Click the orange ‘Firefox’ button on the top left> Options> On General tab, click Restore to Default.


Mozilla Firefox 3.6: Go to Tools> Options> On General tab> Replace with a preferred domain


2. Remove from your browser’s default search


Internet Explorer: Go to Tools> Internet Options> On General tab, find the area named Search> Click Settings> Set your preferred search provider as default and remove



Google Chrome: Click on the Wrench or 3-Bars icon> Settings> In Search section click Manage search engines…> Choose to set another preferred one as the default search engine by clicking Make default> Remove searchnu from the list.



Mozilla Firefox: Search for instead of browser.newtab.url (in step b.) in the search bar > Right click on the name and select Modify> Type Google (e.g.) in the box> Hit Ok to complete the change.



3. Remove from newly opened tabs on your browser


Internet Explorer 9: Go to Tools> Internet Options> General> Find the Tabs area, and click on Settings> Click on the button under: When a new tab is opened, open: > Select A blank page> Hit OK to complete the operation.


Internet Explorer 7 and 8: to remove from new tabs, the program has to be uninstalled completely.


Mozilla Firefox: Type about:config into the address bar> Press Enter> Accept the Warning> Search for browser.newtab.url in the search bar >Right click on the result and select Modify> Hit OK to apply the change.




Ste 3: Remove registry keys with Cloud System Booster.


1. Download Cloud System Booster by clicking the Download button below, and save the file to your desktop.



2. Install and launch Cloud System Booster> Click on the gear icon located on top right of the interface



3.Go to SettingsBoostCleanerPrivacy Clean> Manually check the option: ‘Internet Explorer Cookies‘,’Mozilla Firefox Cookies‘,’Google Chrome Cookies‘ (Other options such as registry clean, registry error fix and Opera caches are checked by default) > Hit Ok to return to main interface.



4. Click on BOOST button, and follow its instruction to clear all junks found.



Now you are supposed to enjoy a clean PC now. Bingo!
